Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Finance Manager for Low Voltage Drives in the Milwaukee/Mequon area. You will lead financial planning, interpret performance data, and guide investment choices to drive profitable growth.

Collaboration across the Global Analysis & Insights team and FP&A will be key to supporting transformation in Finance. You will partner with Drives leadership, influence strategy, and mentor teams on standard reporting and financial concepts.

Qualifications

• Essentials: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; US work authorization.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; 8+ years in Finance/Accounting with FP&A or General Accounting; MBA; proven proactive problem-solver; ability to collaborate across global finance; experience with RA systems and desktop tools; experience with SAP, Hyperion, PowerBI.
• Experience presenting results and translating financial data for management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Drives Leadership and other leaders to refine strategy.
• Influence business strategy by showing financial drivers and market impacts.
• Support new product development with visibility into project profitability and sensitivity analyses.
• Solve business problems by removing obstacles and creating practical solutions.
• Analyze topline, margin, and spend to improve bottom line.
• Lead financial forecast, annual planning, and reporting for the business.
• Explain results to non-financial audiences and train teams on tools and concepts.
• Coach partners in using standard reporting to improve portfolio visibility.
• Manage spending by collaborating with Program Management Office and functional leaders.
• Partner with finance and segment teams to deliver clear reporting, processes, and tools.
• Ensure accuracy of financial results and internal controls.
