Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a senior FP&A individual contributor on a three-month fixed-term contract to support budgeting and reporting cycles. You will work autonomously across multiple workstreams, delivering high-standard outputs from week one, and report to the Senior Director and Manager of Financial Strategy.

Qualifications

• Advanced spreadsheet capabilities and financial analysis skills
• Four or more years in FP&A, with ownership of budgeting and reporting end-to-end
• Familiarity with budgeting and monthly reporting cycle mechanics
• Autonomy: take a brief, ask clarifying questions once, then deliver
• Adaptability: switch between two stakeholders and re-prioritize quickly
• Knowledge of the three financial statements and accounting methodology
• Data fluency: extract and combine data across systems
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and ability to explain complex topics

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting with variance analysis and outputs for senior stakeholders
• Assist annual budgeting with spreadsheets, input consolidation, and stress testing
• Extract, consolidate, and reconcile data across finance and commercial systems
• Prepare Board presentations and KPI packs to a high standard
• Collaborate with wider Finance team to manage workload during peak cycles
