NorthMark Strategies is a leading investment firm focusing on innovation and engineering to drive long-term value. The Senior Associate, FP&A, will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, financial modeling, and reporting across internal entities.

The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on FP&A experience, with a focus on leveraging technology to improve processes. You will partner with internal teams and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or related experience; at least 3 years in FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or quantitative field; CPA/MBA a plus.
• Experience with OneStream, Workday Adaptive or CPM/ERP platforms preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; able to build complex 3‑statement models.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, or tech-enabled finance workflows.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and present financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Build and maintain 3‑statement financial models with accuracy and auditability.
• Prepare executive reporting packages and dashboards translating data into narratives.
• Lead variance commentary and headcount trend analyses for senior leadership.
• Support annual operating plan (AOP) Con=solidations and close partnership with FP&A manager.
• Develop projections, scenarios, and ad hoc models for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting on month‑end close and GL integrity; ensure GAAP compliance.
