Job summary

TAIT is seeking an experienced FP&A Business Analyst to support enterprise financial planning, cost reduction reporting, and long-range planning. You will partner with PMO, Global Procurement, Corporate Strategy, and FP&A teams to translate data into clear analyses and repeatable reporting.

The role emphasizes AI/automation to improve analytics and reporting efficiency. Strong Excel, BI, and data visualization skills are required, with a focus on accurate, insightful financial analysis and clear

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
7+ years of FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, procurement analytics, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets, reconcile source data, and translate analysis into clear business insights.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, lookup formulas, pivots, and structured reporting.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query, ERP reporting, or similar analytics and automation tools preferred.
Experience using AI, automation, or business intelligence tools to improve financial analytics, reporting efficiency, and recurring planning processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data sources, assumptions, variance drivers, and financial implications clearly.
Comfortable working through ambiguity, asking practical follow-up questions, and improving processes as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise financial planning, cost reduction reporting, spend cube analysis, and long-range planning for TAIT.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, translate financial and source data into clear analysis, actionable insights, and repeatable reporting.
