Job summary

TAIT seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead enterprise planning and forecasting, owning the integrated three-statement model with emphasis on cash flow, working capital and liquidity visibility.

You will partner with FP&A and business units, drive forecast drivers for monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plans, and validate savings and investments with rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and ownership of integrated three-statement planning models.
• Experience in a leveraged or PE-owned environment with liquidity and covenant considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated three-statement model for consolidated planning and cash flow visibility.
• Partner with FP&A analysts to define forecast drivers for rolling forecasts and multi-year plans.
• Develop analyses to explain forecast variances and refine the model based on trends and results.
• Maintain sensitivity analyses to evaluate impact of key assumptions on EBITDA and liquidity.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed and improve financial insights.
• Support PMO cost reduction initiatives with dashboards comparing targets to actuals.
