Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience supporting G&A or high-growth tech operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for finance and non-finance audiences.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers, trends, headcount, and vendor spend.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A.
• Analyze results vs forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build and maintain financial models for expense planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare executive-ready insights and dashboards translating performance into business impact.
• Improve reporting efficiency via automation and AI-enabled tools (Power BI, etc.).
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, and Communications.
