Job summary

UKG, a leading workforce operating platform, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for G&A functions. You will translate data into strategic insights, drive efficiency through automation, and collaborate across multiple business units.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and the potential to leverage AI to streamline forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or a related role.
Experience supporting G&A or corporate operations within a high-growth technology/SaaS/global organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers, operating trends, headcount plans, vendor spend, and priorities.
Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A departments.
Analyze results vs forecasts and budgets; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
Build and maintain financial models for expense planning, headcount, vendor spend, and scenarios.
Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries translating performance into implications.
Improve reporting efficiency via automation, AI tools, and data visualization (Power BI).
Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and other teams.
