UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for G&A departments, translating financial data into clear insights for business leaders.

The role emphasizes building financial models, driving reporting efficiency with automation and AI, and delivering executive-ready summaries. Collaboration across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or related role.
• Experience supporting G&A or corporate operations in a high-growth tech/SaaS/global org.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand financial drivers, trends, headcount plans, vendor spend, and priorities.
• Assist annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A.
• Analyze results vs forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build/maintain financial models for expense planning, headcount analysis, and scenarios.
• Prepare insights, dashboards, and executive summaries translating performance into business impact.
• Improve reporting through automation, AI tools, and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and others to streamline processes.
