UKG, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. You will support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics for G&A, building financial models and executive-ready insights.

A focus on automation and AI-driven improvements will enhance reporting and decision-making across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable guidance, drive efficiency, and help leadership navigate growth in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience supporting G&A or high-growth tech environments.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, variance analysis, and recurring reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand key financial drivers and headcount plans.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A departments.
• Analyze results against forecasts and budgets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build and maintain financial models for expense planning, headcount analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries translating performance into business implications.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, AI tools, and data visualization (Power BI).
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications to streamline processes.
