Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance organization. This role supports FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for G&A, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with ownership mindset, strong Excel modeling skills, and experience with Power BI or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of finance or FP&A experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS company preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling, variance analysis, and recurring reporting capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools for executive-ready dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand key financial drivers and headcount trends.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A.
• Build and maintain financial models for expense planning and scenario analysis.
• Translate financial data into clear insights for executives and non-finance stakeholder audiences.
• Automate reporting processes and leverage AI/tools like Power BI to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, and Real Estate to streamline processes.
