Hybrid work in Jacksonville, Tampa or New York with a base salary range of $78,000-$100,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/Planning systems experience (Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion).
• AI and automation experience to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow with working capital knowledge.
• Ability to distill large datasets into leadership-ready insights and present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to align forecasts with strategic priorities.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to leadership and influence decisions.
• Roll out, maintain, and enhance consolidation, reporting, and planning tools used across the organization.
• Translate financial performance data into actionable insights to improve profitability and fan experience.
