Job summary

InStride is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join a high‑performing team that scales with our growth. You will own end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision making.

The role partners with leaders across functions to turn complex data into clear insights for execs, boards, and lenders. You’ll leverage NetSuite, Cube, and Tableau and apply AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance experience in a high-growth technology company or consulting firm
• Experience with NetSuite, Cube and Tableau.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Update long-range financial forecast and align assumptions.
• Lead annual budgeting for functional areas with templates.
• Own headcount and contractor cost forecasting and reconciliation.
• Produce monthly reports and critical metrics for stakeholders.
• Support monthly close and annual audit processes.
• Provide decision support with ROI and benchmarking.
• Research and implement FP&A systems and AI tooling.
• Collaborate with universities, clients and internal teams.
