Job summary

Finni Health in the United States is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the financial performance of a portfolio of clinics, forecasting, monthly performance, gross margin, and the payments practice.

You will partner with Practice Success Managers and clinic owners, build AI-powered templates and automations, and turn analysis into measurable P&L improvements. This role offers ownership from day one on a lean, execution-focused team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling; understanding of the three financial statements.
• Experience building models with AI agents; working knowledge of GitHub, Python, and software fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, reporting and insights for your portfolio; monthly performance and variance analysis.
• Produce recurring payments calculations for clinic owners and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze gross margin and COGS by clinic/service line; drive efficiency and margin improvements.
• Partner with Practice Success Managers to drive implementation of recommendations with measurable impact.
• Build AI-powered automations and reports; ship via GitHub workflows and version control.
