Job summary

Finni Health is seeking an FP&A Manager to own the financial performance of a portfolio of clinics, forecasting, reporting, and insights. You will build AI-powered automations to scale the finance function and drive P&L improvements across the network.

You will partner with Practice Success Managers and clinic owners, turning analysis into actionable plans. A strong emphasis on AI-enabled processes, experimentation, and clear, trusted financial guidance is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial-modeling skills; solid grasp of the three financial statements and how they connect.
• You know how to build with AI agents, with a basic working knowledge of GitHub, Python, and software development fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, reporting & insights for your portfolio of clinics.
• Build and maintain projections; provide monthly variance analysis and commentary.
• Identify drivers of utilization, revenue, and costs; surface trends and risks.
• Produce and own recurring payments calculations and runs for practice-owners.
• Analyze gross margin and COGS at clinic/service-line level to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with Practice Success Managers to drive clinic outcomes.
