Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Strategic ABA Practice Partner to help ABA providers scale operations and improve performance. You’ll act as a trusted operator and advisor, bridging clinical needs with business strategy and payer relationships.

You’ll build deep practice understanding, drive growth, set KPIs, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Finni teams to launch and scale new markets and improve the provider experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ABA or behavioral health; led, operated, or scaled an ABA practice or practices
• Strong understanding of ABA operational realities incl. clinical ops, staffing, utilization, scheduling, growth, retention, compliance, payer relations, reimbursement
• Experience across multiple locations and/or states preferred
• Experience partnering with BCBAs, clinical leaders, practice owners, or other healthcare providers
• Understanding of how clinical quality, capacity, operational performance, and financial outcomes relate to practice success

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with ABA practice owners and act as trusted operator/advisor
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and growth; translate into actionable plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finni teams to clarify problems and drive solutions
• Develop and monitor KPIs; communicate performance and opportunities to providers
• Support launches and scaling of new practices/markets with effective operational playbooks
