Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 7+ years in semiconductor process development or integration.
• 7+ years collaborating with foundries or external partners.
• MEMS or silicon photonics manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication process flows.
• Experience defining or supporting DOE activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering tape-ins from finalized layout through release to foundry partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional tape-in readiness across Design, Layout, MEMS Integration, and Process Engineering.
• Participate in tape-in quality reviews and ensure complete documentation before release.
• Track engineering lots from tape-in through wafer delivery and communicate status.
• Define and coordinate engineering split lots to maximize learning and wafer utilization.
• Develop and manage short-loop experiments and DOEs to investigate issues.
• Own NPI split management, including scheduling, wafer tracking, and data summarization.
• Coordinate development activities with foundry engineers to meet objectives and timelines.
