Job summary

Deepgram seeks an engineer to embed with customer teams and drive technical discovery, solutioning, and end-to-end deployment of the Deepgram platform for enterprise customers. You will design integrations, troubleshoot live deployments, and translate field feedback into product insights. Travel to customer sites is expected.

You’ll own the technical path from discovery through go-live, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure value delivery from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent software engineer with depth in APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise customers—from scoping to go-live and optimization.
