Pylon is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed PM to embed with our strategic mortgage customers, learn their operations from the inside, and place Pylon at the heart of their workflow. You'll work with loan officers, operations teams, and engineers, translating complex processes into actionable plans, writing integrations, and guiding engagements from scoping through go-live to drive measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years in software in roles like forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical product management, or management/implementation consulting.
• Led complicated, high-stakes enterprise projects from scoping through launch with measurable results.
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior technical leaders.
• Comfortable delivering hard news, keeping large groups aligned, and making tough calls.
• Writes code and commits to production codebases with customer engineering teams.
• Willing to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Nice to have mortgage, lending, or fintech experience with mortgage systems.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with strategic customers, on site and remotely, to understand their teams, systems, and full mortgage workflow.
• Map how each customer works today, identify value, and plan to go live quickly.
• Own each integration from scoping to data mapping, configuration, testing, and launch with their engineers and ours.
• Identify bottlenecks and replace manual steps with Pylon solutions.
• Write and ship code yourself, including integrations, scripts, configurations, and internal tools, and contribute to core codebase when needed.
• Bring learnings back to product to decide what becomes core platform features.
