True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced engineer to lead customer-facing AI projects in Redwood City, CA. You will build voice AI solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and collaborate with sales and customer teams to translate requirements into production-ready designs.

The role emphasizes production-grade distributed systems, strong communication, and ownership of delivery from prototype to production in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Join an applied AI team delivering voice AI solutions to enterprise clients. You will work closely with customer teams to turn requirements into production-ready systems, while sharing insights that help improve the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from early prototypes through production, clearly communicating progress, risks, and blockers.

• Design and build voice AI solutions, including effective LLM prompting approaches.

• Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools using Python and JavaScript.

• Partner with sales and customer teams to gather requirements, create demos, and present system designs.

• Coordinate project scope and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise updates.

• Turn reusable implementation patterns into tools or platform components.

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing engineering or technical roles, including work at startups or an established technology company.

• Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, technical product manager, founder, or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong production engineering skills and deep knowledge of distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS, and a track record building full-stack integrations.

• Background delivering AI or voice AI solutions, using LLM prompting techniques, or a comparable level of senior engineering experience.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ownership and comfort suggesting improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer science fundamentals, typically supported by a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Redwood City, California. This role works in person six days per week.
