Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Join a customer-facing engineering team delivering production-ready voice AI solutions, from early prototypes through deployment and scale. You will work across engineering, product, and customer success to turn customer needs into reliable implementations and improvements to the platform.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience delivering customer projects at venture-backed startups or a strong record of progression in a larger technology company.
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with voice AI and production LLM prompting, plus strong distributed systems knowledge and a record of writing production-grade code.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership, with a computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering degree or equivalent fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
