Bounteous is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to anchor senior technical delivery on Claude-based engagements. You will embed with client teams, architect, code, and ship production-ready agentic systems while driving repeatable, governable practices across engagements.

You will mentor engineers globally, design evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with Anthropic partnerships to scale Claude deployments across industries. On-site work is possible as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Experience shipping LLM-based agents to production, ideally on Claude.
• Hands-on depth with the Claude API, Claude Agent SDK, and MCP server development.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, cloud deployment (AWS).
• Enterprise data integration and governance awareness.
• Experience leading client-facing delivery in complex enterprises.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical design of agentic solutions on Claude from discovery to production rollout.
• Lead integrated squads using Bounteous Arc for a hardened agentic lifecycle.
• Define human-in-the-loop checkpoints and approval gates for risk management.
• Mentor engineers across geographies and ensure observability and cost controls.
• Embed with client teams as the primary technical contact, including on-site when needed.
