Provectus, a partner with Anthropic and AWS, seeks engineers to join a Claude-certified team in New York. You will be embedded with clients, learning constraints and rebuilding solutions from first principles alongside a Forward Deployed Executive, delivering production-grade AI systems.

You will ship GenAI/LLM deployments in AWS, operate with senior FDEs, and contribute to a growing AI delivery practice while visiting clients’ sites in NYC.

Competenze

• Typically 7+ years building software with hands-on production code
• Able to quickly understand unfamiliar business functions
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos
• Able to evaluate non-deterministic systems and explain metrics
• Strong engineering fundamentals, productive in new codebases
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS with run-in-premises considerations
• Pre-sales experience and ability to discuss redesigns with senior stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership from design to delivery
• Hands-on Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork workflows

Mansioni

• Spend initial weeks in the operator’s seat, learn constraints, then rebuild from first principles with the client
• Be part of the customer’s team and own the method autonomously
• Start from Provectus industry Blueprints and adapt learnings into the baseline
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in finance and healthcare
• Help shape enterprise AI adoption from strategy to first deployment; build tooling and frameworks
