Bounteous in the United States seeks a senior software engineer to lead the technical architecture of Claude-driven agentic systems, mapping workflows, selecting runtimes, and governing tools. You will mentor engineers across geographies, drive delivery with evaluation-driven development and observability, and collaborate with risk, security, and governance teams to ensure durable adoption.

The role blends hands-on coding with architectural leadership, shaping how agentic systems are delivered

• Deep hands-on experience with the Claude API, Agent SDK, MCP servers, and agentic coding practices.
