Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data engineering, analytics, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Spark and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps workflows.
• Ability to design end-to-end data architectures and pipelines.
• Strong documentation and whiteboarding skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of time.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production-grade delivery of data/AI projects using Databricks.
• Architect and implement reference architectures and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to scope work.
• Guide customers on architecture and design decisions for scalable solutions.
• Embed with customer teams to drive adoption and value realization.
