Job summary

Qventus is seeking an experienced Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, Technology Lead to join our AI Platform Partnership team. You will lead a five-person forward-deployed team at client sites, applying problem-solving and technical skills to drive AI-powered operational transformations in health systems.

You’ll partner with R&D leadership and embed with client IT teams to shape solutions that deliver measurable value and growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or solution architect roles.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
Hands-on experience with agentic design and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Knowledge of emerging LLM technologies.
Ability to travel 25-50% to client sites.

Responsibilities

Understand client context and design high-leverage AI workflows for the AI Platform Partnership.
Lead design, execution, and optimization of bespoke AI use cases at client sites.
Drive technical implementation and integrate bots with APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems.
Leverage LLMs to build advanced conversational systems.
Collaborate with backend teams to refine LLM integration and behavior.
Tune, test, and monitor AI agents; run unit, regression, and A/B tests.
Document conversation logic, prompts, and decision workflows for scalability.
Mentor cross-functional teammates on forward-deployed client teams.
