Harnham is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Senior Consultant to own embedded technical workstreams and deliver production‑grade AI solutions within complex client environments. You will build AI workflows, collaborate with client engineers and data leads, and mentor junior team members to ensure adoption and reliability.

Qualifications

5–6 years in forward-deployed, embedded, or client-facing engineering roles.
Production-level Python and SQL experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
Strong client-facing communication and technical ownership.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous client environments.
Proven track record delivering working software adopted by clients.

Responsibilities

Own embedded workstreams from requirements through deployed output.
Build and maintain AI workflows, pipelines, and platform configurations for clients.
Partner closely with client engineers, data leads, and project managers.
Drive platform adoption through pairing, enablement, and documentation.
Mentor consultant-level team members on delivery quality and client engagement.
