Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is hiring a Formulation and PLM Implementation Lead in Irvine, CA. The role drives PLM transformation across formulation, ingredients, regulatory intelligence, labeling and claims for consumer products, partnering with R&D, Regulatory, Quality and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

Requires 10+ years in PLM, strong F&B domain knowledge, and experience with Oracle Cloud PLM; lead workshops, manage programs, and guide deployment from discovery to hypercare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PLM implementation experience, with domain knowledge in F&B or cosmetics.
• Strong ability to lead discovery, blueprinting and workshops.
• Experience translating regulatory and product development needs into scalable PLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, blueprinting and solution-design workshops; define future-state PLM processes; recommend industry practices; and support global process harmonization.
• Provide PLM domain expertise for Food & Beverage processes (Ingredient Mgmt, Formulation, Packaging, Artwork) leveraging experience in consumer products and food industries.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, data models, integration requirements and governance for Oracle PLM Cloud and connected platforms.
• Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies; establish governance; and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Act as trusted advisor, facilitate sessions, communicate design decisions, and support proposals and roadmaps.
• Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, adoption and hypercare.
