Job summary

Kaleidoscope is seeking a Formulation and PLM Implementation Lead in Irvine, CA to drive PLM transformation for food and consumer products. You will lead discovery, blueprinting, and solution design, translating regulatory and product development needs into scalable PLM solutions while coordinating with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PLM implementation experience, with 5+ years in formulation.
• Strong domain knowledge in Food & Beverage ingredients, nutraceuticals, or cosmetics.
• Understanding of global regulations (FDA, FSMA, EU 1169/2011, FALCPA, Prop 65).
• Experience in integration, data migration, reporting, and workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, blueprinting and solution-design workshops; define future-state PLM processes and harmonize global practices.
• Provide PLM domain expertise for Food & Beverage processes including formulation, packaging, and labeling regulatory rules.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and governance for Oracle PLM Cloud and connected platforms.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment and hypercare to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Lead discovery and blueprinting for formulation modules and Oracle Cloud PLM; drive roadmap initiatives.
