Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engineering Consultant 2 to help drive PLM-centric digital transformation for Food & Beverage processes. You will translate complex requirements into actionable specifications, contribute to design concepts, and validate engineering solutions through simulations and prototyping.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation, and knowledge sharing while delivering compliant, scalable PLM implementations across global platforms.

Qualifications

• Provide PLM domain expertise for Food & Beverage processes, data models, and regulatory considerations.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and data models for PLM platforms.
• Lead workshops to define future-state PLM processes and harmonize global practices.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements and translate into actionable specs for engineering teams.
• Lead design meetings and support sketches/models using standard engineering tools.
• Coordinate iterative design cycles and implement feedback across teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and enable knowledge sharing.
• Oversee integration efforts and ensure system interoperability.
• Guide data migration, testing, deployment, and user training.
