Responsibilities

• Provide post‑go‑live stabilization support (hypercare) including issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for complex PLM and cross‑functional issues and drive sustainable resolutions.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for stable operations.
