Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, Irvine, CA, is seeking a Principal PLM Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end PLM transformations for Food & Beverage projects. You will guide discovery, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare, focusing on regulatory, labeling and formulation modules across Oracle Cloud PLM.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in PLM, 5+ years in formulation, strong domain knowledge in F&B, and proven program leadership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PLM implementation experience, with focus on formulation.
• 5+ years in formulation in F&B or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, labeling and claims in food products.
• Experience leading end-to-end PLM projects across discovery to hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, blueprinting and solution-design workshops; define future-state PLM processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for Oracle PLM Cloud implementations.
• Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies; establish governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and IT.
• Drive solution delivery: configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment and hypercare.
