Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 2+ years' formulation processing development or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of formulation processing, scale-up activities, process risk assessment, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Experience building collaborative partnerships across functions, regions, and stakeholders.
• Commitment to HSE standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Scale up formulation processes from lab to full-scale manufacturing with safety.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide manufacturing solutions.
• Lead inter-site technology transfer and start-up of new processes and equipment.
• Design pilot plant trials and full-scale manufacturing trials; document procedures and train staff.
• Identify solutions to improve capacity, quality, and cost efficiency at sites or in the bulk supply chain.
• Serve as a resource for formulation engineering knowledge in North America.
