Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in formulation processing development or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of formulation processing, scale-up activities, process risk assessment, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate technical alternatives, and make recommendations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional audiences.
• Experience collaborating across functions, regions, and stakeholders to drive improvement.
• Commitment to HSE standards and sustainable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and compliance with all Syngenta policies and procedures.
• Lead scale-up of formulation processes from lab to manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate inter-site tech transfer and startup activities for new processes.
• Design pilot plant and full-scale trials; document outcomes and train teams.
• Identify solutions to improve capacity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Act as a resource on formulation engineering for North America.
