Job summary

Corteva Agriscience seeks a Formulation Process Development Engineer in Indianapolis, IN. You will work with chemists, analysts, technicians and operations to develop routes for manufacturing and scale-up of agrichemical formulations.

The role emphasizes DOE-driven experiments, cross-functional collaboration, and transfer of technology to production, with travel up to 10% and emphasis on safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in formulation or chemical process scale-up and/or process development.
• Strong data analysis and DOE problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and to communicate clearly with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and run studies to enable scale-up and launch of crop protection formulations.
• Plan and coordinate trials to assess scale-up feasibility with formulation scientists.
• Use DoE to identify key process variables affecting quality and manufacturability.
• Document results, share data-driven recommendations with partners.
• Support manufacturing during plant trials and transfer technology to production.
