Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in forensics & litigation consulting services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience leading large-scale fraud, internal, financial reporting, or accounting investigations (including SEC/regulatory matters).
• Experience supporting post‑closing disputes, M&A litigation, and complex commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated experience developing client relationships and contributing to growth of a forensics and litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex forensic accounting and litigation engagements from planning through delivery, including scope, workplans, budgets, timelines, resources, and client/counsel communications.
• Direct large-scale internal investigations involving potential fraud, whistleblower complaints, and financial misconduct, including records analysis and interviews.
• Manage SEC and regulatory matters, coordinating with counsel, leadership, and committees to respond to inquiries with clear findings.
• Lead financial reporting investigations involving misstatements, restatements, revenue recognition, reserves, and internal controls.
• Advise on post‑closing disputes and M&A-related litigation, including earnouts, price adjustments, and damages analyses.
• Provide complex commercial litigation support by analyzing records and developing damages and lost‑profits models for mediation/arbitration/trial.
• Apply forensic analytics to identify patterns and evidence across large data sets and prepare investigative reports.
