You will manage large-scale internal investigations, advise on post-closing disputes and M&A litigation, and develop damages analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in forensics & litigation consulting services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience leading large-scale fraud investigations and regulatory matters.
• Experience supporting post-closing disputes and complex litigation.
• Demonstrated ability developing client relationships and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex forensic accounting engagements from planning through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines.
• Direct large-scale internal investigations involving potential fraud and misconduct.
• Manage regulatory matters with counsel, leadership, and committees.
• Lead financial reporting investigations including misstatements and internal controls.
• Advise on post-closing disputes and M&A litigation including earnouts and price adjustments.
• Provide complex litigation support and develop damages analyses.
• Mentor and develop team members and foster collaboration.
• Develop relationships with law firms and corporate counsel.
