• Implements and deploys behavioral programs for each resident; documents activities in residence charts; performs 1:1 specials and ensures timely documentation; coordinates with supervisors on behavioral issues; ensures care and training for developmentally disabled residents; conducts daily rounds for safety and sanitation and reports findings; maintains Crisis Prevention and Intervention certification and applies techniques.
