Withum seeks a Senior Manager for the Forensic and Valuation Services Group to lead investigations and economic damages engagements in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. offices, including Boston and Burlington, MA.

The position oversees associates and partners to drive matters forward and to advance client outcomes. The ideal candidate has a CPA with 10–12 years in economic damages or disputes, proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop forensic strategies and expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA license is required.
• ASA, ABV or CVA credential preferred.
• CFE or CFF credential a plus.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in economic damages and/or business disputes with at least 5 years of managing a team.
• Testifying experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicating with clients and counsel to obtain documents.
• Developing a forensic plan and managing a team to implement the plan.
• Summarizing and interpreting relevant financial information and records.
• Developing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analyses.
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and other deliverables.
• Critiquing opposing expert reports in preparation of rebuttal reports.
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
