Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting required.
• CPA License required.
• ASA, ABV or CVA credential preferred.
• CFE or CFF credential a plus.
• 10–12 years' experience in economic damages and/or business disputes with at least 5 years of managing a team.
• Testifying experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills.
• Market facing, business development skills.

• Communicating with clients and counsel to obtain documents.
• Developing a forensic plan for the engagement and managing a team of associates.
• Summarizing and interpreting relevant financial information and records.
• Developing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analysis.
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and other deliverables.
• Critiquing opposing expert reports in preparation of rebuttal reports.
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
