Job summary

Withum is seeking a Senior Manager for the Forensic and Valuation Services Group, remote-friendly with in-office work three days per week across offices including Providence, RI. The role leads investigations, financial analyses, and expert testimony, directing associates and collaborating with Principals and Partners on matters such as economic damages and ownership disputes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA license required.
• ASA, ABV or CVA credential preferred.
• CFE or CFF credential a plus.
• Minimum of 10–12 years' experience in economic damages or business disputes, with at least 5 years of managing a team.
• Testifying experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated with outstanding analytical and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forensic investigations, business dispute and economic damage engagements.
• Communicate with clients and counsel to obtain documents.
• Develop a forensic plan and manage a team of associates to execute it.
• Summarize and interpret relevant financial information and records.
• Develop forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analyses.
• Assist in preparing expert reports and other deliverables.
• Critique opposing expert reports for rebuttal preparation.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation.
