Withum is seeking a Senior Manager in our Forensic and Valuation Services Group. You will oversee associates, lead investigative and financial analyses, and collaborate with Principals and Partners to move matters forward in a hybrid work environment.

Based in any of our NJ/NY offices (Princeton, Red Bank, Whippany, East Brunswick) or other listed locations, you will develop forensic plans, manage teams, and contribute to expert reports and depositions for complex economic damages and disputes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA License required.
• ASA, ABV or CVA credential preferred.
• CFE or CFF credential a plus.
• Minimum of 10 - 12 years' experience in economic damages and/or business disputes with at least 5 years of managing an economic damages, business disputes team.
• Testifying experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills.
• Market facing, business development skills.

Mansioni

• Communicating with clients and counsel to obtain documents
• Developing a forensic plan for the respective engagement and managing a team of associates to implement the plan
• Summarizing and interpreting relevant financial information and records
• Developing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and other deliverables
• Critiquing opposing expert reports in preparation of rebuttal expert reports
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation
