Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Auditor to support district legal staff by conducting medical claims data analysis, forensic investigations, financial damages, and related statistical work. The role focuses on assessments that influence investigations, prosecutions, settlements, and recovery efforts in complex matters.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, and/or health care fraud analysis.
Understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures to support investigations.

Responsibilities

Analyze medical claims data and financial records to identify payments, kickbacks, and damages.
Perform ability-to-pay analyses, debt covenants, and cash flow assessments.
Prepare expert reports and participate in negotiations as needed.
Testify as required and communicate findings to attorneys and investigators.
