Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, or health care fraud analysis.
• Strong understanding of rules of evidence, civil procedures, and admissibility of evidence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex personal and business financial records to identify payments, kickbacks, assets, and damages.
• Assess ability-to-pay settlements, debt covenants, and financial ratios for litigation.
• Prepare expert reports and assist in trial preparation.
• Develop computerized models to present financial evidence clearly.
• Testify as required and communicate findings to attorneys and investigators.
