Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, or health care fraud analysis.
• Understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures relevant to investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex personal and business financial records to identify payments, assets, and damages.
• Evaluate ability-to-pay settlements, debt covenants, and financial ratios.
• Prepare expert reports and present findings to attorneys.
• Conduct asset valuation and records reconstruction.
• Develop models to present financial evidence and participate in negotiations.
• Testify as required and train others in data analysis tools.
