CGS, a leading government services provider, seeks a Senior Auditor to conduct medical claims data analysis, forensics, and financial damages assessments to support investigations and settlements. The role emphasizes expert report development and testimony alongside cross‑functional teams.

The candidate will analyze complex financial records, quantify damages, and develop models for litigation, collaborating with attorneys and investigators while maintaining high ethical and professional

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, or health care fraud analysis.
• Understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures relevant to investigations and litigation.
• Experience preparing expert reports and trial materials preferred (CPA/CFE preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex personal and business financial records to identify payments, kickbacks, money flows, assets, sources/uses of cash, and damages.
• Assess ability-to-pay settlements and judgments, including debt covenants, earnings, ratios, A/R, A/P, aging, and tax considerations.
• Identify related party transactions and analyze healthcare claims and data.
• Create financial damage models for litigation and conduct asset valuation.
• Reconstruct records and develop computerized models to present financial evidence.
• Prepare expert reports and testify as needed; support negotiations and review defense materials.
