Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Forensic Engineer to expand our testifying expert team. You will testify and provide expert support on civil cases, including construction defect matters, while leading a team of consultants in the Forensic practice.

As a Director-level leader you will manage client relationships, drive business development, and mentor staff, delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's) in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed; multi-state preferred.
• Previous deposition and testimony experience required.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants within the Forensic practice.
• Support business development and client satisfaction across the practice area.
• Oversee project execution, ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to contracts.
• Travel as necessary to support client, employee, and leadership needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
