Vertex Companies, LLC seeks a Senior Forensic Engineer to lead forensic investigations, code research, and failure analysis for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will manage client communications, oversee project teams, contribute to business development, and prepare detailed remediation plans for claims and litigation.

The role emphasizes leadership, regional travel, and shaping high-quality deliverables across complex building projects in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required, with multiple states preferred

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Director in meeting budget and utilization targets.
• Lead execution of new accounts and expand existing engagements to meet sales goals.
• Travel throughout region to support clients and staff.
• Establish quality control of service delivery and maintain reputational quality.
• Provide expert witness testimony for litigation when needed
