Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master’s with 8+ years and at least 5 years in management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, with multiple states preferred.
• Credentialed and recognized in relevant technical areas.
• Proven track record of independent work product and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic field inspections to determine cause and origin of incidents.
• Research failures in mechanical systems, HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Develop remediation plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Author expert investigative reports for senior management and clients.
• Meet or exceed defined utilization and budget targets.
