Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• PE license with multiple states preferred; proven independent work product production.
• Experience in mechanical systems design, inspection, and assessment; HVAC expertise preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Conduct forensic inspections to determine cause/origin of incidents in residential and commercial properties.
• Author expert investigative reports with remediation plans for senior management and clients.
• Manage projects to meet budgets, schedules, and utilization targets.
• Coordinate with team members and monitor progress; ensure high-quality work product.
