Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) seeks a senior estimator/forensic consultant to lead construction cost estimating and damages analyses on complex investigations. You will plan projects, deliver detailed cost reports, and provide expert testimony as needed.

Candidates should have 10-15 years in cost estimating or forensic consulting, a Civil Engineering background, and proficiency with RSMeans or Xactimate. This national practice offers a collaborative culture, flexible benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction cost estimating and forensic consulting.
• Professional licensure or certifications preferred (P.E., CCP, CPE).
• Experience with cost estimating software RSMeans and Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic and consulting projects with cost estimation and damages analysis.
• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and loss-of-use calculations.
• Review bids, change orders, and budgets for compliance and accuracy.
• Author technical reports and provide expert testimony.
